Borgost began hundreds of years ago as a mining town, and still is. In all of Taelmoor, it is by far the best place to get metals of all kinds, as the mountains in the northeast are abundant with them. For a time, Borgost was wealthy as a result, but it was quickly conquered by the Castle on the Bridge, and now all of its wealth and exports are the property of Vale.
